Sarah Schaaf graduated from Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque with Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Bible/Theology. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Kansas. Besides teaching at MCS since 2018, Sarah works with children in church ministries and camps each summer. She and her husband worships at Martensdale Community Church.
